Booking Policy.

A credit card is required to book all appointments. There are no exceptions.

Your credit card is placed on file and is used to secure your appointment.

We will always do our best to accommodate service requests on short or day of notice. However, to avoid disappointment we highly recommend scheduling your appointments in advance. In most cases, we are booked several weeks out.

Arriving to Your Appointment.

We ask that you please arrive to your appointment 10-15 minutes early. This will allow for you to have sufficient time to prepare for your service and begin on time. This is especially important if you have any information or consent forms to fill out.

Late Arrival: We understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time for appointments. Please call and let us know if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you; however, out of respect for other clients’ time, we cannot guarantee the full service time if you are late. We will do what we can in the time allowed.

Should you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled start time, and we have another client scheduled to arrive after you, we will have to cancel your appointment and reschedule you for another time. This will incur a minimum of a $50 fee.

Spa Etiquette

Once you arrive to your appointment, we kindly ask that you silence your phone or other devices. We wish to preserve the quiet, tranquil and relaxing atmosphere in our spa, so we ask that all clients please keep voices down when others are experiencing their stress free time of relaxation in the treatment room.

Our staff is dedicated to providing friendly, kind, peaceful and genuine service to all those who enter our establishment. We will not tolerate abusive behavior or use of profanities towards us or any of our clients. Anyone who exhibits such behavior will be asked to leave.

Cancellation Policy.

The time needed for the service(s) that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you.

We have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy due to the high demand for appointments. In the event that you cannot make it, PLEASE cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time or we will have to charge you a late cancellation/rebooking fee, a minimum of $50.

This fee is non-refundable and will not be used towards a future service.

To properly cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our office (321) 507-4800. Emails, social media posts or messages, text messages or voicemails are not a valid way to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid the fee. You must speak with a member of our ream by calling during business hours.

We reserve the right to charge your credit card if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than the notice required by this Cancellation Policy.

If you Cancel or Reschedule last minute on multiple occasions, we reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of your scheduled appointment.

If your payment is declined while we attempt to collect the fee, we will periodically run your credit/debit card up to 30 days. If payment cannot be collected, the fee will be placed on your account and must be paid before any future bookings can be made.

No Show Policy.

The time needed for the service(s) that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you.

If you fail to show to your appointment without any notice, we will charge you a No Call/No Show fee, a minimum of $50.

This fee is non-refundable and will not be used towards a future service.

We reserve the right to charge your credit card if you fail to show up for your appointment as outlined by this No Show Policy.

If you No Show on multiple occasions, we reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of your scheduled appointment.

Payments Accepted.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept cash, checks and all major credits cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

You will receive a 3% discount for paying by cash or check.

Refunds.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds of any kind. No exceptions.

If you prepay for future services or packages, and no longer wish to use the funds that were paid towards the intended treatment, it will become an in house credit, good for 12 months from the date of purchase, for use towards other products or services.
