Meet your Medical Aesthetician and Owner of Clover and Lily
Christina O’Dell
Christina is an Alabama native who has been in the beauty industry for over 30 years. At just 15 years old she began her journey into becoming a beauty professional. Early on she developed a love for beauty and skin care. Eventually, Christina went on to start a career in Pharmacy where she spent many years working as a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician. Throughout her career she was still captivated by the beauty industry so she set out on her destined path to study skin care and wellness. After receiving her license, she worked in the medical field to accelerate her knowledge and skills to become a Medical Aesthetician.
It has always been Christina’s passion to help people. When asked why she does what she does and who can benefit from her services, she said: “There are many people, men and women, who are uncomfortable in their own skin. They want to correct acne or pigmentation or advancing signs of aging and often think that the damage is irreversible and nothing can be done to achieve radiant healthy skin. That is so far from the truth! I do what I do to show others that beautiful skin is within their reach and CAN be obtained, they just need proper education, the right treatment and the right at home skin care to get them there. Taking the first step can be scary, and may seem overwhelming but that is why I am right here with them! I love to create custom services and treatments for each individual to find the perfect formula that’s just right.”
Besides being an incredible expert in skin care, Christina also has knowledge and experience with wellness. She firmly believes gut health is important. Having experience in wellness allows Christina the opportunity to treat skin concerns more effectively as well as provide assistance with leading a healthy lifestyle.
Christina is avid in continuing her education. She is always in pursuit of gaining more knowledge about products, ingredients, services, treatments, the science behind formulas and how things work. The beauty and wellness industry is continually advancing and evolving and Christina is excited to evolve along with it so she can offer her clients the best choices for their care.
Walking in Spirit and Truth, Christina gives praise to Jesus. With the love of the Lord, she walks through life giving her all to those she meets and uplifts them with her calm and gentle nature. When she is not worshiping, working or getting educated, you can find Christina doing all sorts of activities. She loves to hike, go on long walks, metal detecting and riding her bike. She also enjoys crafting and spending time with family and friends.
Jade Moore
Administration & Business Partner
Jade was born in Ohio but moved to Brevard County when she was just 5 months old. Her cherished childhood memories include watching space shuttles and rockets launching from KSC, spending time with her mom and younger sister at the beach, and going fishing with her dad.
Starting her career in the hospitality industry right after high school, she aimed to climb the ladder to a management role. With dedication and perseverance, she exceeded her goals. Within 15 years at the same company, she progressed from a lobby attendant to an Interim General Manager. Her commitment to the franchise, staff, and property earned recognition from both the local hotel community in Brevard County and corporate executives of her hotel brand. Impressed by her expertise, passion for learning, and adherence to brand standards, the management company established two new positions for her: Director of Training and Brand Standard Specialist. From mopping hotel floors to serving as Acting GM and overseeing multiple properties throughout Florida, Jade’s journey is one rooted in resilience and leadership. Even NASA acknowledged her exceptional commitment to customer service and honored her with a Certificate of Appreciation — a recognition rarely awarded to individuals not directly involved in the Space Shuttle Program.
In the final years of her hospitality career, Jade began sensing a shift in her passion. She realized her long-term calling was evolving. After being laid off during the onset of the COVID outbreak in Spring 2020, she felt uncertain about what was ahead. In hindsight, she now sees that season as divine redirection — God preparing her for something greater.
Through a friend’s referral, she entered a completely unfamiliar field: Medical Aesthetics. Initially hired as a front desk agent handling calls, scheduling, paperwork, and administrative responsibilities, the role marked a significant shift from the demanding pace of hotel life. She quickly found joy in the environment and developed a deep sense of trust and admiration for one coworker in particular — Christina.
In 2021, Jade enrolled in an accelerated program at Purdue University Global to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Through dedication and perseverance, she successfully graduated in October 2024 — a milestone that reflects her commitment to growth, education, and excellence. That same season of life marked another pivotal chapter. In 2022, Christina made the bold decision to venture out independently and invited Jade to join her as a business partner. That decision marked the beginning of Clover and Lily. Together, with faith at the forefront, they have built the business with intention, integrity, and heart — bringing Christina’s vision to life while creating a space that serves others well.
Today, Jade manages the operational and strategic foundation of Clover and Lily, ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. She continues expanding her knowledge in marketing, social media strategy, and business development to strengthen and grow the brand. She proudly serves as Christina’s main support and trusted advisor.
Jade is a devoted born-again Christian who considers herself first and foremost a child of God. She has been happily married since November 2015, and in August 2026, after 11 years of prayer, patience, and unwavering faith, she and her husband welcomed their miracle baby into the world — a true testament to the power and faithfulness of God. Their family also includes their beloved fur-babies: Vader, Kylo, and Snow.
In her free time, Jade enjoys visiting Disney, fishing, exploring space-related topics, and admiring beautiful blue waters — a reflection of her lifelong love for the place she calls home.
