Absolutely.
Members may upgrade their Classic Facial at any time. You’ll simply pay the difference in price between your included facial and the upgraded service. This allows you to customize your experience based on your skin’s needs.

Yes. The Luxe Collective requires a 3-month minimum commitment.
After the initial 3-month term, your membership continues month-to-month. If you choose to cancel after your minimum commitment, we require written notice at least 30 days in advance.

Your monthly facial rolls over and does not expire.
Unused facials may also be applied toward higher-ticket services — you would simply pay the remaining balance at the time of your visit.
Please note: Member discounts do not stack with other promotions or offers, nor do they roll over.

Yes.
Members may gift their monthly facial to a friend or family member if they are unable to use it themselves.
However, membership retail discounts and birthday perks are non-transferable and remain exclusive to the member.

How do I cancel my membership?
After completing your 3-month minimum commitment, you may cancel your membership with written notice provided at least 30 days in advance.
Your membership benefits remain active through the end of your final billing cycle.
